We agreed on a set agent commission etc. but then decided to stay in our home. When we decided to sell the second time Pam is the only agent I called, and she honored what we had agreed upon previously which she didn't have to. We discussed in detail the work that should be done with the budget we had to spruce the house up before listing. The recommendations she made really changed the look of our home and made the home look excellent in the listing photos.
